Teaching FTE - please tell us the total number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE's) teachers your school currently employs. You should calculate part time staff as a fraction of full time staff. So, if your school has 6 teachers with one of those working half a week your total teaching FTE will be 5.50
FTE = Number of hours worked by part time member of staff / Full time contract hours (for you school)
Example: 18.75 / 37.5 = 0.5
Support Staff FTE - please tell us the total number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE's) support staff your school currently employs.

Your school's absence history help
Total number of days lost through accident or sickness - Cover is provided for absences as a result of accident or illness. Therefore, please do not include figures for staff training days, jury service, public duties, voluntary acts or maternity & paternity. Half day sicknesses and partial FTEs should be proportionately included in your totals. We need your true absence history so please do not apply any excess to your figures.
