BDML Connect Limited has announced the appointment of Ken Wallace as a non-executive director.

Sandy Dunn, Chairman and CEO of BDML Connect, said: “I am delighted that Ken has agreed to join our board. His vast experience and knowledge of our industry will be extremely beneficial to our company as it continues to grow under the new ownership of The Capita Group Plc. In addition to working with the board at BDML, Ken will also be working with the Capita Insurance Services board in an advisory capacity where his industry knowledge and insight into the market dynamics will be invaluable.”

Ken recently retired from Norwich Union Insurance after a long and successful career where he was most recently in the position of Intermediary Business Director.

Ken Wallace commented: “I am very excited at the prospect of working with BDML and Capita Insurance Services. I am looking forward to getting involved in new territory and making a contribution to the business.”

BDML Connect Limited, who are leaders in the ‘behind the brand’ sector providing branded insurance solutions for brands such as Admiral, American Express, RAC, HBOS and Argos, was acquired by The Capita Group in August of this year.
