Capita Health Solutions and BMI become one force

The UK’s largest corporate occupational health provider will be created from 1 October when the integration of BMI Health Services with Capita Health Solutions is completed. The combined operation, to be named Capita Health Solutions, will have approximately 500 employees and annual revenue of over £34m.

Occupational Health Services are offered by Capita’s clinical team through its own network of 16 centres across the UK supported by an online case tracking and reporting system.
